Sinopse do Episódio:
Arthur Petrelli está morto. Hiro está preso no tempo. Claire acaba de ser enviada de volta ao presente. E Sylar se tornou mal novamente. Após o confronto contra Arthur Petrelli, os irmãos Petrelli lutam entre si e Nathan vai fazer algo que irá ter repercussões em escala global. Enquanto isso Sylar mantem Claire, Noah, Meredith e Angela refém na Primatech e tudo vai acabar em uma grande batalha. Além disso, Ando, Matt e Daphne continuam suas tentativas para resgatar Hiro e talvez o Dr. Suresh seja a única esperança.

Essa terceira temporada leva o seriado para um rumo completamente diferente das duas primeiras temporadas, essa temporada vai focar na fuga e na perseguição dos vilões que Noah Bennet (Pai da Claire) a serviço da companhia prendeu durante praticamente toda sua vida, por isso o nome dessa temporada ficou Heroes Villains.

In the aftermath of the showdown against Arthur Petrelli, the Petrelli brothers (Adrian Pasdar and Milo Ventimiglia) find themselves battling against one another and Nathan makes a move that will have global repercussions. Meanwhile, Sylar (Zachary Quinto) holds Claire (Hayden Panettiere), H.R.G. (Jack Coleman), Meredith (guest star Jessalyn Gilsig) and Angela (Cristine Rose) hostage at Primatech and a face-off ensues. Elsewhere, Ando (James Kyson Lee), Matt (Greg Grunberg) and Daphne (guest star Brea Grant) continue their attempts to rescue Hiro (Masi Oka) — and Dr. Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) may be their only hope.
